My first business trip to Nigeria and hopefully my last. The security at this hotel is a complete farce even with the apparent threat of terrorism. I went for a quiet drink in the bar and was approached by prostitutes asking me for business. I have never felt so unsafe and threatened in my life. The bar staff's response when I asked why these individuals were allowed in the hotel was "This is Nigeria".
The whole place felt unsafe and to top it off I received two silent phone calls in the middle of the night. I have submitted a report to my company and hope we never use this excuse of a hotel again. Shame on you Hilton. Thank you for your recent comments on Transcorp Hilton Abuja.
I am sorry for any inconveniences you might have experienced during your stay with us. Our desire is to always deliver a refreshing experience where every guest feels cared for, valued and respected. I am especially concerned about your comments on prostitutes and the security implications. Please be assured that we have always taken a zero tolerance stance on the practice.

Eat for half the price and immeasurably better quality at Wakki's or Al Basha restaurants outside. Except that you will need a cab to do this minimum fee at the hilton Naira, on the street Naira.
