They also took 45 mn just to serve us water!!! They are short of staff and so slow! We complained so many times but nothing change! I just would like to say if you want to be a fine dining restaurant start with customer service then food quality and be more nice and polite to your guest. We had a nice evening in the restaurant with friends, but the waitress Dinara was sooo rude that spoil all the evening.
She is not following any hospitality rules. She humiliate her Colleagues in front of us and made our opinion so bad about the customer service in this place In general everything was great the food the drinks was very nice, shisha as well. Enjoyed dinner with my colleagues here on two separate nights during our stay in Dubai.
The food is excellent, the service a little goofy but be aware the prices can be quite high depending on what you choose. There is a good range of wine and sake. It is well worth a visit.
